Our Philosophy

We Don't Have All the Answers. That's the Point.

Curiosity over certainty.
We're genuinely asking the questions — not performing the answers.

Conversation over conflict.
Two thoughtful people thinking through hard things together.

Nuance over noise.
The world is complex. We treat it that way.

Ideas over outrage.
No hot takes. No shouting. Just ideas worth sitting with.

The best conversations leave you thinking, not just nodding.

Tracy H.

Tracy connects ideas across disciplines the way other people connect dots — instinctively, and usually in unexpected directions. She works in AI and marketing strategy, but her real obsession is the question underneath the question.

Curious about: technology, faith, culture, history, and why good people see the world so differently.

About

A Place to Think Out Loud

Uncertain Ground isn't a debate show or an expert panel. It's a conversation between two curious people who believe the best ideas emerge from genuine dialogue.

What if the most important thing wasn't having the right answer — but asking a better question?

The Origin

Why Uncertain Ground?

We live in a world that rewards certainty — loud opinions, confident takes, and easy answers. Uncertain Ground is a different kind of conversation. One that starts with curiosity and stays there. We believe disagreement doesn't require division, and that the best ideas emerge from genuine dialogue, not debate.

Complexity deserves respect. We resist the urge to simplify what isn't simple.

This isn't a show about being right. It's a show about being curious — and staying that way.

What We Believe

A Few Things We Hold Loosely

Not a manifesto. Just the ideas that guide our conversations.

Curiosity is a practice, not a personality trait.

It can be cultivated — and it's worth the effort.

The questions we ask shape the world we build.

So we try to ask better ones.

Thoughtful conversation is one of the most underrated forces for good.

We're betting on it.

You don't have to agree with everything to find value in exploring it.

In fact, that might be the whole point.

Host

Tracy H

Professionally, Tracy helps organizations make sense of change — a global B2B marketing strategist at the intersection of business, technology, customer behavior, and AI. Personally, she's fascinated by the ways ideas connect: marketing leads to psychology, psychology to culture, culture to history, technology to all of it.

Questions She Keeps Coming Back To

  • What does it mean to live a meaningful life?
  • How do we remain curious without becoming gullible?
  • What should we preserve as AI changes how we work and think?
  • Why do good people see the same facts so differently?
